Virtual Cooking Class: Ceviche, Patacones, Margaritas

New virtual cooking class alert! The first virtual cooking class this month going to be on Sunday, February 6th at 5pm Eastern. This class will be taught by Chef Steve Gonzalez, a Canadian-Colombian chef who now resides in Costa Rica. His restaurant there, Restaurante Montezuma, serves up ceviche, seafood, steaks, and the best margaritas in the Península. Steve was also a competitor on the first season of Top Chef Canada.

We will be making passionfruit ceviche, patacones, and margaritas. Vegetarians, we’ve got you covered with substitutions for the fish in the ceviche.

This is the fist of four virtual cooking classes this month before we take a little break. I hope you can join this one!
