It’s about time we had a class where we made some sweets, and the holiday season seems like the perfect time. In this class, you will learn how to make short bread cookies while sipping on some Swedish Glögg.

Basically, this is the online holiday party you never knew you always wanted.

What is Glögg? It’s mulled wine! It’s what you want to be drinking whenever it’s cold outside and around the holidays. The version we will be making needs to steep for 24 hours. If you are going to go through the effort to make some Glögg, why not make a lot of Glögg and gift it to friends/family/co-workers. Giving them cookies is optional…

What are we making in this virtual cooking class?

  • Shortbread cookie

  • Icing

  • Simmer Pot

  • Swedish Glögg

    • This will be made before the class, because it needs to steep four 24 hours.

When is this virtual cooking class?

Date: Sunday, December 18th

Start Time: 3pm Eastern/12pm Pacific

Price: $30/household

Platform: Zoom
